Bus

You can contact us at 0.825.825.599 (Indigo number – €0.15 incl. VAT per minute).

The Palm Bus call center is open:

Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,

Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

A match is allowed within 59 minutes of the first validation. Only from one line to another to continue your journey is allowed. Going back and forth is prohibited.

All tickets must be validated each time they board the bus, including for connections.

Failure to validate constitutes an offence, which can be fined in the event of an inspection.

Don’t worry – this is easily sorted!

You must go to one of our Palm Bus sales agencies (Cannes, Le Cannet or Mandelieu-La Napoule), with an identity document.

The valid ticket on your lost card will be replaced.

Go to one of the Palm Bus sales offices (Cannes, Le Cannet or Mandelieu-La Napoule) to have your card checked.

For safety reasons, the transport of bicycles is not allowed on the bus.

Assistance dogs (guide dogs) are welcome. Large dogs are tolerated provided that they are kept on a leash, muzzled and that they respect the requirements of the service. Small dogs can be kept in a basket or on the lap.

Scooters must be folded inside vehicles, before boarding and roller skates / rollerblades must be removed.
