The “Palm Bus” network consists of :
- 30 regular urban routes during the day, including 2 PALM EXPRESS Bus à Haut Niveau de Service routes (A and B), 1 “PALM IMPERIAL” route along the Croisette, 3 local shuttles in the Cannes area
- 5 evening lines, forming the “PALM NIGHT” service
- 5 routes with a specific “ schools ” service, but open to the general public
- PALM ON DEMAND service in less densely populated areas, accessible by reservation
- A special service for people with reduced mobility

- The fleet is made up of 105 vehicles: there are 31 electric vehicles in the fleet, while 60% of the remaining thermal fleet is made up of buses meeting EURO 6 emission standards. Since June 2024, internal combustion vehicles have been able to run on biofuels.

How do I take the bus?
Stop points are indicated by bus shelters or stop posts.
All bus stops are optional,
Passengers wishing to board a bus must present themselves at the stop and give the driver a clear hand signal,
It is forbidden to go up or down between two stops.
Before the bus arrives
- Check the timetables and the information displayed; make sure that the line you wish to use is not subject to any change (disruption, one-off detour, etc.),
- Have your ticket ready, or if you’re buying it from the driver, have your change ready (the extra change will help speed up the service).
You get on the bus
- Ascent is exclusively through the front door,
- all passengers must be in possession of a valid ticket. Validate your ticket immediately, even when transferring, and do not park in front of the doors to avoid disturbing other passengers,
- if you use an available seat, make sure it’s not reserved for the visually impaired, the disabled, pregnant women, the elderly or people with young children. If you travel standing up, hold on to the bars,
- in case of overcrowding, passengers must not obstruct the boarding process and must use the seats available at the rear of the bus,
- respect the well-being of all passengers = keep vehicles clean,
- the use of audio players, cell phones, games consoles, etc. must be discreet and not inconvenience other passengers or the driver,
- Assistance dogs (guide dogs) are welcome. Small dogs may travel on board provided they are kept in a basket or on your lap.Do not travel with a category 1 dog, or a dangerous animal.
Luggage, baby carriages, 2-wheelers, shopping carts…
- Passengers can take luggage onto the bus, provided it is not too bulky.
- Strollers are permitted, but must be folded during busy periods. If they remain deployed in the vehicle, they must not impede traffic flow, and in particular the boarding and alighting of other passengers. The child in the stroller must be properly secured, and the stroller brake must be engaged to avoid collisions with other passengers in the event of sudden braking.
